Carpet in room 601 was so bad your feet,socks, would turn black. front door has large crack, bathroom. is in deplorable condition, ice machine was broken , told desk employees about it , said, that it had been out of service for awhile I would have to go up to another floor for ice. We will not stay there again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while I was there I was locked out of my room at night and had to go to the front desk to get new keys. It was VERY inconvienent because I had two children under the age of 10. Also, while staying I brought my two small 3.5lb yorkie dogs and paid 10.00 extra each night for them to be able to come along. Well we do not allow them on the bed and out in the room while we were on our stay we allowed them outside and with us in the car. We brought our carriers for them to stay in. A week after staying there they billed my credit card 65.00 and said that our dogs tore a hole in there coverlet, which is impossible since they were not out in the roon, nor on the bed. But what is so suprising is that it was a WEEK AFTER we stayed. I feel VERY taken advantage of. I just hope that if you decide to stay at this hotel while on vacation they dont take advantage of you like they did of us. .

Didn't car for dog park in back, not much area for our little dog. Took him up and down the street instead, was told nicer building by dog park is for non pets only.Never recieved dog treats for our dog and we've been there 3 times, feel cheated, we even took our dog in the lobby. Was great location though and our doggy loved the walking up and down the street on the sidewalks. Lots of dogs, liked that.

We were not told of the doggy walking trail at the motel. We were not offered any treats for our dog. The sheets on our bed were paper thin, you could almost see through them, & they were both flat sheets which did not fit the bed nor stay on it properly. The pillows were lumpy. The room smelled of disinfectant. The building in the back looked newer & I would imagine the amenities were much nicer. But we were not even offered a room in that area, & we stayed in a very "non-busy" time.

Hotel staff friendly and convenient locatin. We were disappointed in the rooms and location to the pet area. The room was in need of some rentovation badly. The wallpaper was coming off walls, toilet would run and the room smelled like strong disenfectant . We never was told of the walking area for the dog. We walk the dog down the strip to another motels dog area. We have stayed in past at other places that are much better accomodations.

As a pet sitter/ dog walker in Branson, I can tell you that the staff here is always helpful and will take the time to hand out a few doggy treats. Walking area is better suited to smaller dog. However, the hotel is close to everything- shows, restaurants and shopping!

This was our first experience taking our dog, a Westie, to a hotel. It didn't seem to bother the staff or guests that we had a dog. I expected at check-in to ge given a long list of "doggie" rules, but all the clerk said was "Does your dog bark? Because we try to keep all the pets in the same area." Having our dog with us was no big deal to the staff. And there was an area to walk your dog, although the grass was a little high at the time. We were pleased enough that we are returning in a few months--with our Westie.

Hotel was fine. One of our rooms carpet seemed damp the first 2 days there. I was a little disappointed that the dog trail was in the back of the hotel since our dog is small and needs to go out at night. All the trees except front entrance were mulched with ROCK. Our kids enjoyed the pool! We would stay again as long as we could room in back by grass for dog.

The rooms were VERY Comfortable and the staff was very accomodating and nice. We surely plan to revisit them. We have three little dogs and they seemed fine with it... We had to pay a $10.00 per pet fee per night, but it was worth it to beable to take our poochies with us. The location was also great. Easy to get to but still close to all of the action in Branson.
