What started as just a utilitarian extra space for family and friends to stay in when we purchased our property slowly by adding more furniture, renovating the bathroom and decorating during our downtime / do nothing " Covid-19 " year of 2020 we decided to add a kitchen as well. When this was complete it felt a natural progression to rent it out occasionally instead of only a portion being used very infrequently. A calming retreat for myself turned into the realization and fulfilment of a lifelong dream of having a Bed and Breakfast for others to enjoy. The smaller scale with just a single unit was the perfect solution.
The oversize 2nd floor bedroom is coupled with an large living space downstairs featuring a beautiful daybed which can be utilized as two twin beds ( trundle) or set up as a king sized bed. Downstairs is rounded out with an additional futon sofa that converts to a full/double bed. Televisions on both levels have Roku as the streaming service. Spectrum Cable WiFi offers high speed internet.
We are a pet friendly space so even with extra deep cleaning and disinfecting surfaces that are high contact frequency there will be the possibility you may encounter dog hair. Our five dogs are not typically allowed in the u, however they have been know to sneak in if our hands are full . Also even with stringent cleaning and vacuuming previous guests with animals may leave behind a few hairs.
