The house has a fireplace, television, internet, air conditioning and a grassy area for Fido to enjoy! Linens are provided. Kayaks/canoes are also available for guest use. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 3 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 PM and must check-out by 11 AM.

Private lot with 18' x 40' inground pool. 9' deep end, diving board and slide. Outdoor hot tub all overlooking the lake. Master queen bedroom with ensuite and tv. 2nd bedroom with queen and tv, 3rd bedroom with twin beds. Downstairs 2 bedroom (both queen) apartment with 2 futons and home gym. Also, 1 queen inflatable bed. Open concept living, dining, kitchen area. Private dock with marina 10 minutes away for boat rental. Toronto 1 hour with all a city has to offer. Port Perry 10 minutes with quaint shops, casino 5 minutes, Mosport Race track 1/2 hour.
