This was our final stop moving cross country. The room was clean, nice and overall pretty quiet. It was the only room we stayed in where my dogs weren't up barking at every sound they heard. It was very clean, no bugs, super comfy bed (very high bed), great space in the room. I felt totally safe staying alone with my 2 small dogs, even when they had to potty at 3am. I definitely recommend this place.

The weed smell in the hallways was so bad it went inside the room! People were slamming doors banging on the doors just being loud and obnoxious. Beds are high. you literally need to jump on it if you are under 6 feet tall. Moldy bathroom, leaking toilet water was standing on the floor.

Very pet friendly. Quick check in. Room was clean. Everything worked. Bed was comfortable. Lots of room to walk dogs.

Everything about the room we were in was very good except the bed was too high up from the floor. If you are not a basketball player, you need literally to jump up to bed. Quite an extraordinary experience.

Good stop for a last minute stay. Hotel was clean and front desk folks were nice. I have a larger GSD and had no worries or issues with her breed or size. I wasn’t looking for a five star experience, so this place fit the bill for a one night stay.

Staff were exceptionally willing to be helpful in anyway possible. The road to the hotel is under construction so the entrance is not very attractive. Only complaint was noisy contractors that stayed at the hotel drinking and talking loud outside until the early morning hours.

Arrived at the end of a very long day of driving a moving truck across the country. They were friendly and great with our dog. The room was clean and comfy. Would stay here again.

Pros: Clean rooms and friendly staff. Cons: Didn’t get a ground floor room, breakfast was meager.

Cost is higher than other pet friendly hotels. Room was reasonably clean. Sticky substances on counter tops, table and night stands. Very friendly staff.

In addition to the front desk staff being so friendly, check-in and check-out was a breeze…very important when traveling with an impatient pup. Highly recommend!!

This place was clean! They gave us a room by the side door where there was a lot of grassy areas to walk our dog. Although they didn’t know we had a dog at check in they were very helpful.

This location was a pretty good stay. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Across the street are a gas station, a location for Mexican food, a BBQ place (which we loved) and a liquor store. The only downside to this spot was that the room clearly used to allow smoking. You get hit with it upon entering the room. But after about five minutes your body accommodates and you don't notice it. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was great, so overall it was a good place to stay.

Best Western's were fantastic during our cross country move and this one was as well. Room was comfortable and clean. There were plenty of grassy areas around the hotel for dogs to use the restroom.

Staff was friendly, room was nice. Elevator for the upper floor. Nice grassy areas outside for dog walking. Further from Memphis than I thought - 30 mins.

Very happy with our spacious room. Our dog loves to play ball and we had room to toss it around. The evening check in person was a bit on the slow side. Disappointed we were only given crackers, apple and a juice box for breakfast. There are ways to serve food and keep social distancing, which restaurants are currently doing. We do understand though with COVID-19 things are different, so we weren't surprised really. Overall though, happy with our stay!
