Locks barely worked, hallways super narrow, not a great way to get your dog from point A to point B if a large group of people or another dog is in your path. Elevator broken, prices outrageous. Parking is extra, the room smelled like a cigar lounge, extra hold on credit card, other people at front desk complained of a smoked in room as well.

I booked this location because of the positive reviews both here and on other websites, but I cannot fathom how this hotel has such positive reviews. It was a horrible experience and even an unsafe experience for my pet!
The first room we were in was not vacuumed at all. There was bits of trash all over and immediately our pet started trying to eat the trash. I picked up what I could but she just kept finding more so I instead called the front desk to change rooms.
That was the only good part -- the front desk woman helped me switch rooms very easily. The new room was better in many ways, as the first was nothing like the pictures - horrible bathroom and overall didn't look anything like the pictures. The new room looked like the pictures, except for the clogged shower drain, which was the least of my concerns.
The second room seemed more vacuumed until I found my dog chewing on something new. I rushed over to see what it was and it was a chicken wing bone!! She was trying to swallow it, but thankfully I got it out of her mouth before she could choke on it. But I felt so horrible for booking the hotel that was already bad enough but now endangered by dog -- I couldn't sleep and just kept wishing I had gone someplace else.
Terrible experience, and I didn't even mention yet how the second floor smelled like weed, the stairs smelled like BO to the point where I gagged, and the entry to our room smelled like smoke. Do not book a room here.

Pet friendly and the staff is very friendly. Our room was clean, however smelled like cigarette smoke.

Grassy field next to hotel that is mowed and stocked with dog bags. The room was clean and simple. Staff was nice and quick to respond to requests.

Very dog friendly staff but the best thing about this venue is it’s location abutting a large field, with multiple wellstocked poop bag dispensers. Easy access to downtown, grocery store nearby.
