  Mixed feelings

  Have stayed here a few times. Our room was fine, very clean. The hotel is really looking run down overall. Pool was closed, side exit door inoperable, peeling wallpaper everywhere, dirty looking room doors etc. Definitely needs remodeling.

  First floor room

  No issues checking in, but had to leave a $100 damage hold on credit card, "just" in case. Good potty spot, well lit. A few restaurants across the parking lot, very handy.

  Good sized room

  Room was great. We had a king suite. Plenty of space for our pup to play. Only complaint is that the outside pup spot was littered with a lot of cigarette butts.

  Good location to many great Lincoln NE sites

  We and our two Airedale companions enjoyed the this La Quinta - close to a lot of places where we could take the doge - the sunken gardens and U of NE campus and downtown.

  Pleasantly surprised

  While the hotel shows some age, the staff more than makes up for it. This was our dog’s first hotel stay and it proved to be as simple and satisfactory as I had hoped. The room was very comfortable, the AC worked well and it was nicely stocked with all you need. The property is very close to the University of Nebraska and we enjoyed a pet friendly patio for dinner in the Haymarket area. Breakfast was very good with many wonderful choices. All in all, a great pet-friendly hotel in Lincoln.

  Pleasantly surprised and very satisfied!

  I had a really great experience here! I arrived very late (after midnight) and the woman at the front desk had everything ready to go already so I could go into my room and straight to bed. I didn’t even have to ask! My dog loved the room, and the amount of space was incredible for the price. I usually bring in my pup’s dog bed whenever we travel to hotels but I didn’t need to here! I wasn’t aware that each room was a suite or that we were gonna have a pull-out couch… so he just slept on that and was super happy to do so.

  Another thing to note (that I really appreciated) was that I left my favorite pillow in the room after check out and remembered as I was about 15 minutes away. I went back and the people at the front desk were very accommodating and let me back in the room to go retrieve the pillow that I love so very much. They just went out of their way and above and beyond to make sure I was happy and just to help out as kind people do. I will definitely be back when I make a cross country trip again!

  Omg! I think these are the nicest people in Nebraska!

  Wonderful folks, could not stop petting my buddy, Caboose. Made us all feel very welcome. Clean room and a great breakfast to start the day. Thank you!

  Common Areas Could Use Some Lovin'

  Walking in and looking around, I wish I had booked somewhere else. Luggage carts were filthy and coming apart, carpet in the elevator looked like a crime scene, and there was a bad smell near the elevator and entrance to the pool area. Noticed the door to the outside in the pool area was open in the evening, still standing open in the morning. Our room seemed to have new carpet and was clean. Microwave was very old and seemed worn out. Bed and pillows were comfortable. No treats for the pups when checking in.

  Nice room

  The hotel was clean and the room was very nice. The room I stayed in was HUGE!! Not sure if all the rooms are that big. I was staying in a standard queen on first floor. Kind and pleasant staff. Hotel located across the street from Walmart and close by many food options. Mediocre green space around hotel for walking dogs. Bed was very comfortable.

  It was a nice room on the 2nd floor by the elevator. The room was nice and it was clean, the bed and pillows we're comfortable. I wish the dog address was larger, but it did have nice thick grass in it. The ladies at the front desk we're very nice. In stay there again

  Easy Access and Dog Friendly

  Not too far from I-80 and dog friendly. Many fast food places and stores within walking distance. Rooms are decent. Would have given it a 5 except it has the noisy air conditioning unit under the window which cycles on and off. But worth the price.

  Clean hotel

  Nothing fancy but it did the trick. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Pet fee makes it a great option. Some green patches along back street where you can walk dogs but other than not many options for exercising the dogs.

  The tweakers they have working here stole our Postmates dinner order!

  Cannot recommend on any level. Horrible people, two-bit grifters.

  Note to management: can't you find a better class of tweakers to staff your quote hotel unquote?

  Perfect for our stop over

  I recently traveled for me to get surgery and I needed to find a comfortable place to rest while traveling during my recovery period. This hotel was exactly what we needed. Spacious, with a comfortable bed, and easy accommodations for our dog. Will actually seek this place out the next time I pass through Lincoln.

  Great Stay

  Our first time staying in a hotel with our dog and our first time using BringFido to find that hotel. A good experience overall! The hotel was clean and comfortable and there was no issue with reserving a pet friendly room. The breakfast was standard (cereal, yogurt, waffle maker, eggs and breakfast meat). Only downside was it was a bit off the highway but we didn’t mind too much. We would stay again!

  Can't recommend enough

  The hotel was recently updated, nice furnishings with a spacious room. Pups received a very warm welcome. We'll definitely be staying here the next time we're in Lincoln.

  Loooooong night traveling

  We were driving back home and had plans of stopping after 12 hours of driving ( try to get us and dogs home sooner). Surprise the town we tried to stay in had many hotels- but not one that took dogs. 🙄

  At nearly 9pm and desperation I decided to CALL Bring Fido, as I simple couldn’t handle one more decision for the day.

  Much to my delight they found lodging for us and the dogs a mere 15 minutes down the road in a smaller town.

  Great place, newer, clean, quiet, affordable and no pet fee!

  Thanks so much, BringFido, for making a looooong day a little shorter and starting our next day off right.
  Thanks to the hotel for all the help late at night.

  Best Experience

  I was very pleased with my stay here with my two large dogs. The property was well kept and there was a potty area complete with waste bags. I can’t say enough about the staff..,.each person was friendly and helpful. The overnight lady was so wonderful...there was a thunderstorm and I didn’t have my dog’s medicine in the room. They didn’t have any at the desk, but she offered to check the other hotel next door and said she would go get it for me if they had it and slip it under the door. I was so touched that she would do this for me!

  Ok Property, Poor Housekeeping

  We were on our last night returning from a family road trip from Peoria to Lake Tahoe and back. This property has rather new furnishings, but the property is obviously poorly maintained. From the front door covered in grime, to filthy carpet, smelly room and a bathroom used as a pen for previous pets poorly cleaned, this was the worst hotel on a series of 5 stays over our trip. The doors to the rooms are dirty and dinged up. This was the only hotel where our dog spent much time sniffing around the room. Our room stank! The property offers little to no green space. Kind of a sketchy neighborhood

  Great Hotel

  Our stay here was great! The staff was super friendly and the accommodations were clean, well kept and felt new.
  The beds were comfortable. It was the perfect hotel for a nights stay on our trek cross country.

  Clean, quiet, dog-friendly

  Lovely room, very pleasant desk personnel. Greeted at the front door by a guest's dog, also very friendly, and took it as a great sign! Very amenable to our dogs, and a very comfortable bed, which we needed badly! All in all, a very pleasant choice. Thanks for the guidance, BringFido!
