Generally nice, although it is an older hotel. No real dog space nearby. But it was nice that there were so many restaurants within walking distance with great takeout so we could stay in the room with our pup.

Super friendly staff, accommodating to our two large 60 lb dogs. Gave us a room by the side door. A sidewalk around the hotel to walk the dogs.

I arrived late at night with four pets. The updated room was at the end of the hall away from most foot traffic so my dogs were not bothered by people walking by. Checkout is noon which gave us time for a morning swim. There is a Panera next door. I would recommend.

Great easy stop with dogs, hotel was clean, easy dog walk area outside side door. There are a lot of chain restaurants bordering the parking lot. For a cross-country trek - this was perfect for overnighting with 2 dogs.

Looks very basic from the outside, but this is one of the nicest La Quintas we’ve stay at. Room was big, clean, comfortable bed, quiet, good shower, even decent Thai takeout right across the parking lot. Driving cross country with our pets, this was a great choice.

Breakfast options were just ok. Couldn’t use the hot tub until 9:00, which I needed to relieve my back muscle. Overall wouldn’t be quick to return to a La Quinta.

Impossible to find. Awful location. No place to walk pet just Ang ugly parking lot. Additional $10 pet fee collected on arrival. Musty old room felt dirty. Didn’t touch anything even my dog was suspicious. Smelly hallways and elevator, piled dirty laundry in hallway, no first-floor rooms. Stayed five hours left just to get out of there. Not the La Quinta quality we have come to expect! North Platte La Quinta is awesome.

Not what we expected especially for being a dog friendly hotel. Was very disappointed no where for the pups to potty and when we asked the desk all they said I don’t know against the fence I guess. We were like ok went to check our room before getting the pups, mind you this is a no smoking establishment, we opened the door and knocked over from the cigarette smell. We went down the stairs hopped in the car and left! Stayed elsewhere. Usually very nice hotels and this will not discourage us from staying at one again, just not there.

We have stayed at this La Quinta before and always liked it, but it needs some serious TLC. The rooms are clean and location is great for our regular road trips north, but we have noticed that the hotel is looking a little shabby.

Wasn't super thrilled with the location and the breakfast was meh, but it did what it was supposed to, was very clean and the employees were professional and friendly. Also, the frig was great - a real freezer to refreeze my ice packs and the frig was large enough to hold all of my cold stuff over night.

The key cards were malfunctioning and I couldn’t easily get myself or pets in..I’m sure that will get sorted out but it was hard..stressful..and the actual door wasn’t sealed shut. Nice easy lobby. Extra coffee in the room is most preferred when traveling with pets and easy out/in potty access would’ve been nice.
