  Very Helpful Staff

  This was an easy on and off from Highway 395, very comfy beds, clean rooms and very helpful staff. They were able to get us a room with outside access for our disabled dog. The only downside was flooring needs to be upgraded. It was stretched and had buckles, creating tripping issues. I would stay here again.

  Pleasant Stay

  Dog area very accessible, room comfy, dog treats and bed were nice. Only reason not a five was bc the bar/restaurant was only serving fried foods. Staffing issue I’m assuming. Front desk recommended Redwood Rotisserie which had great chicken.

  Good location

  Close to freeway and airport. Room was on first floor with easy access to grassy areas to take dogs out. On-site restaurant.

  Great location

  The hotel was close to family. This was our 3rd visit, this time with our small dog. The accommodations for our dog were excellent, with a nice enough dog area. The laundry facilities were great and clean. We will return!!

  Not a very good hotel

  If you're a dog lover, stay away from this hotel. They are very dog unfriendly. Actually, they are aggressive toward dogs. The evening I arrived, the lady at the front desk was awesome and super friendly to my dog and me. The next morning was a nightmare experience. The staff was not friendly and even kicked us out of their restaurant. Also, there is no place to walk your dog for potty time. No grass, all pavement and rocks. The rooms are average. The TV was broken. No room service. The bed was comfy though!

  Just ok

  Dogs are relegated to first floor only and given just a small patch of grass in the back of the hotel. Had to sign that we would be responsible for any damage caused by our dog, but carpet in room had several stains and was bulging in areas. Otherwise pretty clean and quiet.

  Good for dogs. Hard on people.

  Pet friendly, bed and treats in room. Pet area nice. They do charge a fee and you pay a refundable deposit. Not close to human food. Restaurant was closed.

  A dead a buried bone

  The staff was not up to the challenge
  ... look they uniformed about processes I e dining availability, copies of menus , times open closed, I blame the trainer!!!!!!

  Fantastic Fido Location

  BRINGFIDO WAS SO GREAT!!! Had a dog bed & treats when we checked-in. Had a sliding door so made it so simple to get our fur babies out for their walks & pet potty area. Would stay there again.

  Ok for a night. Lots of grass around but dog not allowed on it. Bit of a disappointment there.

  Great Location

  I have stayed here twice and both times there have been issues. First time the room was not cleaned before we arrived and I told I would be compensated. I was not.
  We stayed here again as the location is great and it’s really not all that bad.
  This time our heater was broken in the middle of winter!
  Thankfully I had a portable heater in my car so we survived. As the maintenance guy on duty that night just stated our heater Needed to recharge!
  The second night I let them know it’s still broke and they say they will have someone come check in the morning. I gave my permission for them to come check in the am when I was at work.
  When I returned the heater was still broken.
  I went to the front desk and Andrew was very rude and hostile. Making it out that they Did me this large favor allowing me to stay in their hotel with my dog! The manager was very appalled by his behavior and “upgraded” my room. My last night here and we are now in a dog friendly room, with dog bed and all! This is what I should have been in since day 1!!!

  great value

  We booked here at the last minute through BringFido and were very pleased. The room was cheap but clean and there is a restaurant on site. The room was very dog friendly, including a doggy bed and dog biscuits greeting our arrival. Staff was friendly. There is a small grassy area for pooping (for dogs). It is an easy drive from the hotel to Link Piazzo dog park, a great place. For the value, can’t beat this hotel for staying with your dog.

  Great for pets

  Hotel is next to the freeway and airport but only minor noise. Room was very comfortable on main level with your own sliding door access to a grassy area that even provided bags. Room even provided a nice dog bed and bag of treats. Restaurant was happy to package food to be brought to the room and was very affordable and generous in portions and condiments
