We had no problems making a reservation. There is a large grassy area to walk our dog. There was was enough space for our large dog crate in the room. However, if we didn’t have a dog I would not stay here again. The room had several issues: there were light bulbs out and the frame around the bathroom mirror was cracked. We had issues using the tv and the coffee maker had NO coffee pot. Lastly, the room was not cleaned very thoroughly.
