Cozy Cottage Near the Beaches
The house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. Only 4 miles away from Downtown Venice and a few minutes drive to Venice Beach, Manasota Beach, and Nokomis Beach where one can enjoy swimming in the beautiful white sand beach, sun bathing, and/or fishing at the Jetty. We love this spot as there are always dolphins and manatees swimming around and sunsets are breathtaking. There are two beach chairs and a beach umbrella available for our guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a closet. The master bath has a tub/shower combination and it has been renovated. On the other side of the master bath, there's a small bedroom that can share the bath and has a twin size bed. The 2nd bedroom is split from the master and has a queen size bed. It also has a desk with a computer monitor. The kitchen has been renovated as well as the guest bathroom. In the back patio there's a propane/charcoal grill. Walk away a few steps and you will enter a paved patio which you won't want to leave. The ambience is fantastic with string lights and a pavilion with outdoor sitting. A wood burning fire pit will warm the family up and make for a great time together with your loved ones
