      not pet friendly

Stay away from this place. My dog was not even allowed to walk in the hallways and the person at the front desk was scared of dogs.

      Changed hotels

We never even made it to the hotel before cancelling. The person I talked to on the phone was rude and certainly not dog friendly. We called another hotel and cancelled this one.

      Look Elsewhere

We checked in and was given a room and when I said we had our dogs with us he said he would have to give us a different room. The room was 107 and it was terrible. The counter for the sink was bowing, the bathroom smelled of mold and other fluids, the towels had stains on them and fortunately we had a quilt that we take along for over beds in case the dogs happen to hop on them, we slept on top of that. I would not recommend this place.

      Great stay

Hotel was clean, staff very friendly. Stayed for 3 nights with my little dog. No problems at all. Could be a little updated but the price is great! Great location too. Will definitely stay there again.

      nice trip!

We had a great stay- we took our dogs on their first road trip and had a nice experience. The motel is older but clean and with very comfortable beds. nice area to walk the dogs as well as a few side steets for a longer walk. We will be back!

      A nice surprise

The room was very reasonable and to our surprise, very clean and neat. It was a great place to stay with our family and dogs. Will definitely stay here again when we`re in Lancaster. Great place!

      very surprised!

stayed here with our two dogs for an overnight on our way home so we could eat at Shady Maple lol...very clean, big room, king size bed, everything worked well...manager was efficient and brought me a remote which was missing for the TV immediately. Nice semi private area off first floor to walk dogs...grassy and large and away from parking lot...very easy access. Plan to stay here in can't beat the price!

      Old and unfriendly

Definatly need ALOT of updating. Its old and for a pet friendly hotel, its a bit unsanitized. The customber rep people are the same thru out the day, (must be family owned) very unfriendly. Continental bkfast starts at 6am, who gets up that early on vacation. The room as very poor lighting. And not very accomodating. There were 5 of us in a room, we requested towels and they gave us two. Very unwelcoming admosphere. It suppose to be smoke free, but the staff smoke on premises and the smell lingers into the rooms. Will try not to stay there again.

      Older but good accommodations

Older hotel that needs updating, but beds were great, bathroom large, room large, and good pet walking area behind the hotel. Front desk area a little offputting....bullet proof glass, and had to buzz for front desk assistance. I'd stay there again.

Pet Friendly/Not sure if human friendly

My husband and I stayed at this location for 1 night with our two little bichons....well they do take dogs, but it really is quite old and worn out! The front desk people are friendly, to be honest, I would have stayed elsewhere if I could have found a Marriot in the area.

      Pet Friendly! =)

This hotel is pet friendly. We stayed there for a night with our 2 pit bulls and we had no problem. They have a little grass area where the dogs can"do their business." The hotel was pretty clean - not a great room considering that the hotel looks pretty old but the room was OK considering that pets were allowed. I would go back there the next time we are in Lancaster with our dogs.
