  Great stay!

  Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. They asked our dogs names and created them by their names throughout the stay. The food was great and they allow the dogs on the outdoor patio. They even let us have the dogs at the bar for a quick bite and drinks in between lunch and dinner. We look forward to going back again.

  Disappointed

  We were so disappointed with this hotel. The carpets in the hallway and in the room were stained, the pet package was suppose to come with a pet bed and pet bowls but didn’t. We couldn’t valet our SUV because there was no space and they didn’t have decaf coffee. Total let down!

  Great location

  This place is beautiful. Close enough to walk to everything in the French quarter & they provide bikes upon request. We were given a dog bed & bowl upon request. There is a small patch of grass in the parking lot across the street but, the fountain and large waterside park is a few blocks away. The night staff is meh at best. The day staff were incredible & gave my dogs homemade biscuits. The room was dark & not as advertised. Ask if you can get a room in the front building instead of the back!

  Very dog friendly hotel

  One of the most dog-friendly hotels be been to personally. The staff was very nice and it’s obvious that pets are not just a “thing” they allow, but that they love them here. Even in the cafe they are super welcome.

  Great Location

  Having our pup stay with us on the first floor in Hotel Emeline was an amazing experience. Pretty much the entire hotel excluding the restaurant and coffee shop were dog friendly. We got to enjoy drinks with our pup on the gorgeous outdoor patio. The hotel was so nice and the location was prime downtown. Everything you could think of in Charleston was walking distance. 10/10 would recommend.

  Very nice stay!

  The staff was extremely helpful and attentive during our stay. They always greeted us and our dog whenever we came into the hotel. They also always had a fresh dog biscuit (prepared by their chef daily) for our dog everyday. This is a convenient location in the historical district. The room was really nice with a refrigerator. There was individually packed ice and filtered water near the elevator on each floor. The only negative was that there was no good grassy area near the hotel for potty breaks. But that was in most areas downtown. Our Westie adapted to the situation.

  Perfect Location

  The Hotel on Market is now The Emeline which led to a bit of confusion at finding the hotel and checking in, however once we got settled in our room was lovely. The location could not be better.
