The room was only semi good for my puppy. The ceiling is falling down. There's damage to the office chair I needed to sit in for work. Couldn't sleep well because there is atmospheric drift of asbestos from the ceiling, causing breathing issues. So many puppies there. But they all got along. The Lizard Thatcher restaurant near the room was excellent. Hometown cooking was excellent!

Unsafe. Drug dealers hangout. We couldn’t even walk in the room without people staring and stopping what they were doing to watch us.

We chose this as a cheap location to go with my dog. I walked into the lobby and when confirming the room I reserved through this website, it immediately reeked of smoke. I confirmed we had a non-smoking room, to which the representative said, "all of our rooms are non-smoking." The outdoor stairwell to the room smelled like urine, the room smelled of smoke to the point of giving us a headache, and the AC barely worked. No fridge or microwave, uncomfortable beds, and the water pressure was incredibly low. For $70 and no pet fee, we had a place to stay; so if you don't care about the condition of the place, it's a good price. But we were uncomfortable the entire night, and I would not recommend. The only "nice" part was the price.

We got to our room and started to wash up and sink was plugged. Went to office and no maintenance!!

We’ve stayed at this Red Roof 3 times in the past year, always personable staff & very nice rooms. Very convenient to I-77.

Stayed here on our way to Florida. Good price and clean. However, smelt smoky and the power went out and came on 1 am. Bathroom wasnt the cleanest. Easy to unload and load back up. If you looking for a good place to eat after checking in go to the outback and ask for Star. Great service and very friendly. I would diffinatley stay here again with our pup.

This is the worst place I have stayed in. The room was not clean, nor has it been cleaned in a while. The tv, radio, and phone does not work. The sheets were dirty, every surface was dirty and/or dusty. There is no pet fee, but for 65$ a night you can find another chain that at least is clean and not so sketchy.

Red Roof is great for the price. Not the best hotel, but I wasn’t expecting it to be. We just needed a quick place to stay with our Great Dane while we were passing there, and it served its purpose without having to spend a lot of money.
