The hotel was very clean and friendly. We had a room overlooking the lake and pool. The lake is full of geese and turtles. The free breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The hotel is within walking distance of Broadway at the Beach and a 5 minute drive to the boardwalk. Also, a nice area to walk your dog.
