Located in the heart of Trolley Square, this pet-friendly vacation rental in Wilmington can comfortably sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The cozy 1375 sq ft two-level townhome features a large primary bedroom with a King bed, plus two smaller bedrooms with a shared bath. Amenities include a fireplace, television, air conditioning, and a fenced backyard with patio furniture for Fido to enjoy. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 3 to 6 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 PM and must check-out by 11 AM. Free street parking is available, but there is a two-hour limit during weekdays and no time limits on weekends. There is no time limit for parking less than half a block away in front of the shopping center. Guest passes can be obtained from the city so guests are exempt from the two-hour enforcement with advance notice. Please note that during warmer months, the landscaper needs to access the backyard through the basement. There are no alleyways between the house and no way to access the backyard from behind as we back up to a dropoff. The landscaper has their own lock box and will not disturb guests.
