- JACKJan 12, 2021Not clean during COVID!
We stayed here on Dec. 10th-12th on our outbound leg of our trip to the Nashville area. My wife immediately noticed that the hotel room was not cleaned satisfactorily, especially so during the COVID pandemic. Staff seemed indifferent at this hotel. Not a lot of grassy area on this property for the dogs to go potty, so we had to take them along the dirt area along the stone cliffside/wall directly behind the hotel, or over to the grassy areas of the vacant businesses next door. Hotel is located on a busy road and next to a weird upper/lower road and angled intersection with a stop light, just up the hill from a big shopping center area with Target/Home Depot/eateries, etc. We won't be staying here again.

Health & Safety
Safe Stay: Baymont by Wyndham Columbia Maury has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and follows the Count on Us (Wyndham) cleanliness and sanitization policy. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay and sealed after cleaning. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Contactless check-in and check-out are available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks. This property advises that guests without full COVID-19 vaccination must wear masks.
