  Room not very nice

  We stayed at this hotel 2x within a weeks time. The first night was great. excellent room with 2 queen beds. Good space to take dogs out. However, on the return trip the room we were given smelled like dog urine & the door hinges were barely on. I know dogs have accidents, but the hotel needed to do a better job cleaning up. Hotels should use vinyl flooring for easy clean up in pet friendly rooms. Very disappointing. My husband wanted to get a different room but we were all settled in & the dogs were comfy so we just turned the air conditioning up to mask the odor.

  Convenient Location/Friendly Staff

  Located conveniently off I-75. Close to many restaurants. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were well stocked, clean and comfortable.

  Staff very dog friendly

  Our dog made a lot of friends when in the hallway during our midweek stay here. The hotel was quiet, but we suspect it could be a bit noisy if there's an event going on. (This seems a likely spot for large family parties, etc.) The room was bright, as the blackout curtains were a little bit short, and the gap under the door let a lot of light in as well. We didn't try the restaurant in the hotel. We tried, but the menu we found online was out of date, and the restaurant does not welcome dogs. By the time I finally found the current menu buried on the restaurant website and was able to download it, Dog Dad had already ordered Door Dash. We didn't bother with the on-site cafe in the morning.

  Pluses and minuses

  Bed linens were lush but the bathroom was tiny and needed touch up on paint; fridge was big but rattling, and additional pet fee was $50.

  Great Location for us

  We come to the area every 14 weeks to pick up our Ross Well raw dog food that we purchase from our co-op. While here, we shop the big stores and indulge in our favorite foods since we live in a rural area several hours from here. The staff is great and very easy to work with. Steve the night manager is especially delightful.

  Super nice staff Here!

  Excellent check-in process with their smiling clerk! Nice 1st floor room so we could give our boy a few walks before bedtime!!! Easy on and off the highway, plus a Dunkin Donuts across the street for our morning coffee! We'll be staying here again!

  Perfect Spot To Rest

  While moving from NY to FL with two dogs that have never been in the car that long, this was a prefect spot to stop, stretch out and rest for the night. They put us on the first floor right by an exit which is prefect for dogs and there was enough grass for them to go potty. The bags of treats were an added bonus! Definitely a pet friendly hotel and not just that allows pets!

  Not a good spot if you need to rest

  I stopped at this hotel during a road trip with my dog. They put us on the bottom floor, below the front desk area, which was nice to be able to quickly get the dog outside. However, I was also in a room next to a pretty loud road and I could hear kids running around upstairs. The room was stuffy so I went to get some air freshener from the front office to help clear the air a bit. The rooms are decent but it’s just pretty loud. So be advised.

  Very Welcoming

  We’re traveling from Virginia to Mississippi and this hotel is the perfect halfway spot for us to stay the night with our dog. They welcomed us with a box of dog treats! A nice, clean, and affordable hotel for our journey.

  The staff was extremely nice and made sure that my pups and I got the room we needed. They even gave the dogs some treats.
