First of all, the La Quinta was a suite which was a treat in itself. Secondly, they had dog waste stations and a grassy area to walk our pup.

Hotel is right off the highway 40 in Lebanon. Staff is friendly. Pets cannot be left alone in room. Had to leave pet in room in order to get breakfast. Also must use side entrance between 5:45 and 10:30 am. This due to the breakfast area being near the lobby and door. Housekeeping did not enter room except after the first night. Had to get towels from front desk.

The reason for 3 bones is not due to staff or location. Both were fine. The walls in this hotel are very thin, especially in rooms with adjoining rooms. Do not take a room with adjoining rooms, you’ll hear everything next door. We were disappointed because our experiences at the other 2 La Quintas on our cross country trip were very quiet rooms even with lots of dog and human occupants.

This hotel is poorly located, surrounded by a junk car lot and two derelict former motels which appear to be occupied and with lots of people loitering in parking lots, etc. Felt unsafe while walking the dog and worried about our car being parked overnight. The hotel was fair. Room passably clean. Staff friendly. Lots of highway noise.

Hotel room was nice and clean. The staff was not especially friendly. Efficient, not personable. Be aware of extra charges that will float on your account for a few days; distinct to this hotel, and NOT about your pet.

Physical hotel isn’t terrible, room was clean but old. Cigarette butts everywhere so not good for dogs who tend to pick things up. Very picky on where dogs are walked. This location is located behind a motel with abandoned cars and people living basically in the street. Police were called to the room beside mine at 3:30am because of the fighting and disruption.

My room was very comfortable and looked like it had recently been refurbished. The room was very clean. The potty areas were OK, but kind of small. The side doors and the potty areas could have used better lighting. The hotel is very close to the highway and you could hear road noise even inside. I felt mostly safe there, but one night there were beer bottles and pizza boxes next to the side door and people hanging out in the parking lot which made me a bit uneasy.

Updated and clean. No issues having our 60lb dog and small cat stay with us overnight. Free breakfast was nice and location was good right off the highway. Parking lot was a little small but not a huge deal.

Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, staff graciously made room for us when we needed to extend our stay unexpectedly and breakfast was a good value with eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and waffles. The cats enjoyed the bed and the spacious room to walk around in our suite.

We spent one night here. Initially, they tried to charge me double the pet fee until I challenged it and they backed off. The bathroom showed several rust spots and the tile in the bathroom floor had sharp edges - concern of someone cutting their foot on it. The room needed cleaning. Our refrigerator didn't work but we checked in so late so we didn't bother getting it fixed. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Overall OK but needs a good cleaning.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to show up at the counter. The lobby was dirty. The reason they were 20 minutes away from the CPI is because one of their microwaves had caught fire. No fire alarms went off, no one was being evacuated. Then they wanted $150 for incidental pet fees, when their ad didn’t warn of that. We did not stay there. May still be charged the fee, but our safety was worth more.

Although COVID numbers are spiking in Tennessee, and the entrance to the hotel specified mask wearing was required, staff members did not wear masks and told us we didn’t need to. As 70+ year olds, we appreciate companies that require masks and staff that wear them.

The La Quinta in Lebanon, TN, is very dog friendly. It's in a great location, is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are helpful and friendly. There's no charge for up to two pets. We will choose to stay there when next in the area.

The room, hotel, and staff were all nice. The rooms look newly renovated and were very clean the floor was not carpet. The dog walking area was a bit swampy, but not to terrible if you have boots on. It’s also right beside the highway not directly beside but you can still hear all the traffic which for some dogs sensitive to sound might have some trouble with.

We enjoyed our stay here. There was a good bit of grassy area to walk the dogs and they had poop bag stations as well. We were on the third floor but an elevator available helped keep our older arthritic doggie from having to walk stairs.
The room was clean and a good size. Good floor space for our two labradors. The floors were not carpet but were laminate to help for cleaning and not hold dog smells. That was really nice. The beds were comfy but not as good as home.... but where is , right!
The room had a small refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker. The only thing that was a downside was the fact that there were only sheer curtains that covered the windows. Being on the third floor it wasn’t much of an issue. But if we wanted to sleep in it may have hindered that. Not sure if it was just third floor rooms or doggie rooms maybe.🤷🏼♀️
The breakfast was really good. The usual eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, waffles, cereals, and fruit.
All in all we were very satisfied and would definitely stay again!
