While the room was small which is why the four bones, the staff was great. The room finishes were great for pets. Clean, clean, clean. Loved that we had neighbor dogs in rooms next to us. If someone barked or had to be taken out at 2:00 a.m., everyone would understand.

We mixed up the Residence Inns in Salt Lake and arrived at the Airport after a very long day of driving. Instead of sending us away, Andrea kindly found us a quiet room, contacted the other location and helped us settle in. The room was wonderful: very clean, quiet, so comfortable with plenty of space outside to walk the dogs. Best night of our trip by far.
