  Pretty good

  Not bad for a Motel 6. Similar features to an upgraded motel, just with no carpet. Most stores and restaurants are almost 10 miles away, but there's some nearby.

  Nice hotel

  The hotel was clean and very dog friendly. It is next to a highway so there is limited room for the dog to run or be out. There is a side lot for them to do their business. The bathroom is exceptionally small but functional. One small sink outside of the shower/toilet room. Shower has good pressure and hot water. Parking is convenient and it’s right next to several fast food places to eat. Not far from the main highway.

  Bargain

  Easy in and out from the first floor was great for our dog and us. There was plenty of grassy areas to walk our dog even in the night when she awoke me to go outside! The motel is sparse but clean with comfortable bed. The hot water in the shower didn't work well.

  Had one non-pet room available but gave it to us anyway. Place was clean and decently set up. Compared to other Motel 6's, this one is a good stop.

  Clean but not well maintained

  The room was clean but not in great shape. The bedspread had a large hole it and the cushions on the chair were tattered and extremely soft. The air conditioner in my room was very noisy. The grass around the property was very high and apparently had not been cut in some time making it difficult for my medium sized dog to find a place to pee. I won’t be going back to this property.

  Convenient location, right off I-77

  Exceptionally reasonable rate, clean room, near less expensive gas stations, restaurants within walking distance, right off I-77. Grassy area for dogs to do their thing with a poop bag dispenser. Friendly staff. This will be my regular stop driving North and returning.

  The hotel was exactly what we needed for a night to rest our heads. Not much to see/do in the area but the hotel itself was clean and nice. Staff was always helpful and nice.

  VERY convenient location to the highway and happy to have parking right outside the door but I'm not sure that the sheets had been changed. Bathroom was really clean. But yes I found hair and "grit" in the bed. I learned to check the bed before I move all of my stuff in for the night next time. :-(

  Good location, clean room

  Our room was very clean, looks to be recently updated. The floors are not carpeted but vinyl plans that looks like wood. I love this because my Great Dane is a messy eater and drinker.

  Very noisy thru the night and couldn’t sleep at all - thin walls. But the worst was that there was no hot water in the morning for showers.

  Pet friendly, friendly staff, but ...

  I greatly appreciate this motel is pet friendly and that the front staff was friendly, but unfortunately both my pup and I had trouble sleeping during our stay. The thin walls and the fact that parking was literally a few steps from your door meant lots of sounds...which my dog did not like and kept him growling and in verge of barking throughout the night. What finally worked (at least for a few hours) was keeping the AC/fan running (loud) plus loud ambient sounds on my phone in an attempt to drown outside sounds. I also had to constantly keep my dog close to me in bed so he would remain calm. Overall the place was ok, grass area clean for the most part but no trash can in sight. My room was clean except holes in the sheets (shrugs); typical motel room setting overall.

  Just OK

  We stayed here because it had a "5 bone" rating. The price was good, there was no pet fee, and the desk clerks ( both evening & morning) were friendly and helpful. But the room next door to ours was being renovated. The work for the day was done when we checked in, and even though there was a large dumpster in front of the room, the old, discarded furniture was strewn on the ground in front of both that room and ours. So in order to reach our room we had to move furniture and cardboard boxes out of the way. And as others have noted it was not possible to set the temperature...it was always on. I'd stay again in a pinch, but will try one of the other options first.

  Great place to stay

  I found this hotel on BringFido.com. Accommodations were very clean & neat. Complete with frig & microwave. My dog & I were very comfortable staying here. Price through website may make you think it’ll be subpar, don’t be surprised by how nice it is. Give Motel 6 a big thank you from us.

  Nice and 🐕 friendly

  Stayed one night and it was very clean and nicely appointed. Was a little leary of staying in a Motel 6 after having spent 3 nights in Gatlinburg in the Motel 6 there (because it was dog friendly) but this was nice.
