Unacceptable Injured pup requiring vet care isolated for hours without contacting owner
My pup was injured, isolated in a kennel for hours and neither myself, my emergency points of contact or vet were notified until I went for pick up. I was not given an opportunity to have my pup evaluated after injury. Vet care was required. Their contract states, " CPP will always contact me in the event that my pet(s) needs vet care." This is unacceptable. Workers had injury photos in their cell phones and not one person contacted me until I picked up my pup at the end of the day.

Bringing my dogs since puppyhood
Love bringing my two dogs in for daycare and their trustworthy for boarding as well!

Avoid- Negligent and False advertising
Not impressed. Had toured the facility but after booking a long stay during our yearly vacation and being “upsold” to purchase additional treats (doggie hamburgers etc) for our fur kids at a “cookout” being held, we were told that pics would be taken of the cookout and we could see them online. Also, one of our fur babies requires meds and takes it easily (loves it in fact).
Imagine our surprise when pics of the “cookout” were posted and our kids were NOWHERE to be found in the pics (didn’t get to participate!) and our kid who needed meds (and took it willingly) had 4 out of 5 doses left over!! WTH?? Despite trying to express our concerns to “management,” there was no recourse or correction. Uggh 😠🤬 These folks need to be shut down!
