I trusted them
I didn't have a problem with the staff. My issue is with them giving my dog EXTRA UNNEEDED vaccinations. They gave my dog the DAP tri (3) year shot. Then ONE year later, they gave her another DAP 3 year shot of the same vaccination she received. They also gave an annual (1 year) Bordetella vaccination. SIX months later, they gave her another annual Bordetella. DOUBLE check before they start giving your animal their shots. I trusted them to double check for NECESSARY shots and communicate with me.
