I ordered 2 times a week service. After the first clean up was completed I didn't get anyone back for over a week and so I called and left a message. However, all I got back was a text (pictured below). Fast forward another two weeks of sporadic service and then it stops all together for over 2 weeks of no service. I of course get a charge on my card. I try to cancel every day for the last 5 working days. No one calls or emails back. It's just text. (picture below)
Lastly, I was able to get a hold of the owner's business partner who told me to just call the bank and cancel the charges......but he would not be able to cancel my service or put me in contact with the owner.
Shady business that will steal your money without recourse. Buyer beware.
