  That photo is old I never seen any of those people

  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC. MY DOG HAD TO BE PUT DOWN THANKS TO THIS CLINIC. For starters that photo is old I never seen any of those people. They told me she needed dental work asap and I listened to them thinking they knew what they were doing. They left her toothless in pain and the medication they gave me pretty much poisoned her. I paid $800 for the dental work just to get her killed and when I brought her back they told me it would be $200 for extra test etc. I knew then they were just trying to get money from me so I left. I took her to another clinic and they did their best to try to detox her unfortunately there was nothing else they could do and was put to sleep. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!!! They are very unprofessional and when you take your pet to cut their claws or nails they take them to the back and you could hear them talking inappropriate things and hurting the poor pet. If they would pay attention on their job instead of gossiping they can avoid hurting them. Another thing I noticed they only call you to check on your pet when they do minor things to them. They didn't bother calling me to see how my dog was when they left her toothless. It makes me think they did something to her they weren't suppose to and didn't bother checking on her. If you want your pet to get the best service and treatment find another place don't bring them here because you may end up losing your pet like I lost mine. I hope no one ever goes through what I went through. PLEASE THINK TWICE ABOUT THIS PLACE. I wish I never have taken her she was perfectly fine without having any extra done. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY BECAUSE THEY KNOW YOU WILL DO ANYTHING FOR YOU PET. THANKS TO THEM I LOST THE ONE THING I LOVED.

  Best Vet Clinic in Spring!!!

  What a relief it was to find this clinic! I just recently relocated to TX from Oklahoma, so I have been on the hunt for a new local vet. I have tried SOO many different vets in the Spring/Houston area and I have continually been disappointed. It seems like every place I've been to only cares about the bottom dollar vs actually taking the time to understand my pets needs. Until my neighbor recommended me to Cypresswood Clinic and Dr Hilliard. I feel like Dr. Hilliard SINCERELY cares about my babies (1 'bully' and 1 kitty) and the rest of the staff is so warm and friendly. Pus, most important of all - the prices are incredibly reasonable. I feel like I am getting so much quality vet care for my dollar. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone and everyone.
