DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE
I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism but most importantly the lack of supervision and care that we trust Fido Fitness/The Barrie Inn will give to our 4 legged companions. I only used Fido Fitness/Barrie Inn twice and both times have been ZERO stars. My wife and I purchased a 10 pack of 1/2 day indoor "dog-sitting" where our dog can interact with others. Kind of like a playdate for dogs. The first time we bought our mini goldendoodle there was a broken gate and my dog was surrounded by much larger dogs causing my small dog to be in a corner and was shivering. Literally in a corner. This is what I witnessed in picking up my dog. G-d knows what was going on that I didn't see. Today was the second and final time. Again, my dog surrounded by much larger dogs, no one around supervising and another large dog literally humping my dog. An older woman took a stick to hit the larger dog!
When I discussed my extreme disappointment the owner could care less, didn't offer any solutions or remedy - therefore as promised, I am voicing my first hand knowledge on how pathetic this place is operated. IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOGS NEVER BRING THEM HERE. (Wondering who licenses these organizations)
