I worked for a year as a bather at a grooming shop in Huntington Beach where I grew up and every weekend I attend obedience and occassional agility classes with my new Chi-Weenie puppy, Ruca. I had my former dog Zoey for 18 years until sadly she had to be put down recently due to old age.

I was paid by owners at the stable to exercise, groom, turn out, and lunge their horses when they were on vacation or too busy to make it to the barn. I rode competitively in my teens and early twenties and loved it. I have over 20 years experience working with and caring for horses, dogs, and cats.

Working with animals is a dream come true for me. I owned an embroidery business in Huntington Beach for years and love being my own boss. Going to work everyday and having the opportunity to spend my entire day with animals is truly rewarding.
