Delicious Waffle
Very good food and coffee! You have to order inside, so that makes it a little difficult if you are alone with your dog, but the service was great.

the pups approved
Great breakfast sandwich. They had dog bowls for the dogs and provided water. Not directly on the beach but across from it. They even have free parking.

Wasn't clean
Place wasn't clean inside when I visited once. There was dust coming out from under the cooler and counter thing, and it looked grimy in the prep area. Outside was nice, although very buggy.

Great place to chill
Funky coffee shop right on the strip. Brought our golden here April 2014. Patio is pet-friendly, shady, and the food is great. Try a bagel sandwich for breakfast.

Great Little Place
This place is a true hidden gem. The owner sometimes brings his dog to hang out on the patio (Dogs' name is Chico) and they make awesome bagel sandwiches and waffles.
