    Great dog friendly restaurant

Food was very good and atmosphere is great!,! You can tell they love pets. Our furry girl was treated like a queen. Dogs only allowed on patio and it is very nice. Highly recommend!

    A Wonderful Find!!!!!

We will definitely be back. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for 2 of our 3 fur babies that we had with us. There was no doubt that these folks love the fur babies. The porch area is wonderful and overlooks a creek. We enjoyed our visit, food, ambiance, kind employees and being able to listen to the live singer. The establishment is off the beaten path from the overcrowded town area. I can’t imagine anyone not enjoying their overall experience at the Crystelle Creek Restaurant and Grill.

They greeted us at the door and told us to come to the screened porch. Makisha was served ice water!! She loved it. Awesome service and food!

Awesome Place To Dine With Your Dog!

We found this place on here. We called ahead to make sure they were open and dog friendly. They have a beautiful enclosed patio that feels like you’re inside. They had the heaters on and ready when we arrived. They were so sweet to our pup! They brought her water and treated her great! The food and service were fantastic! We had the feta stuffed chicken and the porterhouse which were both amazing! It was so nice being able to have a nice meal out with our dog while on vacation!

    Great staff

We stopped by for a quick Thanksgiving lunch with our dogs. They placed us inside an enclosed patio that felt almost like we were eating inside with our dogs. Lovely staff and the food was great! Highly recommend

    Beautiful place!

This place was absolutely beautiful! They were very pet friendly. Their patio is completely enclosed and heated. Not just heat lamp heated, like, gas stove heated. Our server brought out a dog bowl and filled it with water for our big boy. Things went from great to just okay while we were eating. We saw our server three times our entire stay from being seated to leaving. My boyfriend ran out of coke and never got a refill until we were ready to leave. Our bill for two people was $50 plus tip. Which isn’t bad, but at $20 a plate I was totally expecting leftovers. We are everything on our plate. Which obviously means it was very tasty! The garlic rolls were the best part of the meal, too! The only reason I didn’t give this place 5 bones is because of the service.

    Dog friendly with issues

Yes they are dog friendly but the food was less than to be desired. Prime rib was so over cooked my shoe might have been more edible. What I can only assume was due to having mud on my jeans we were made to wait even to verify they accepted dogs. If it warm I’d highly recommend this place be skipped.

What a find thanks Fido beautiful setting

We would not have found this one without Fido LOL. From the keyboardist to Carol the waitress, they made our experience one we won’t forget. Look for the tree it is fabulous. Food was amazing. 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶

    Great evening with our pup

We researched pet friendly restaurants near us, and saw great reviews for this place, pulled up and the restaurant was so inviting. We sat on the in closed patio and enjoyed amazing prime rib dinners. The staff brought out a bowl of water immediately for our Gypsy girl, and then through our visit several staff members and even guest of the restaurant came out and greeted us and our pup. If I could give it more than five bones I would. Very impressed with this pet friendly establishment and will definitely return again. Staff was super friendly and everyone loved on our pup! Food was cooked to perfection! Great way to start our mini mountain vacation.

    Wonderful place!

Friendly staff, great food and puppy friendly. The porch had a view of the creek. Staff fussed over Roadie. Food was wonderful. ...and they had live music. A wonderful dinner after a day in the National Parks.

    Very dog friendly

They were extremely dog friendly. They put us on their heated patio and let us take them off leash. Gave us water right away. Food was pretty good too.

    pet friendly

the heated patio was a little on the cool side. but the food was good overall my steak was cut thinner than i had ever seen a porterhouse and onions were way over cooked . I think our service suffered because only two tables in the patio both with dogs and we shared her with the front dinning area. I will be back again.

Hands down, best place in Gatlinburg

Starting out was a little bumpy. Had to open the porch for us as we had a new puppy with us BUT after that it was all uphill. Staff was excellent, it was late so their dinner crowd had died down a bit. Several of the staffers came over to see the puppy, some even sat and conversed for a while. Had a nice conversation with one of the owners who gave us all the history on the old fishing lodge. Food was all excellent especially the trout. Ended up staying late for coffee and desert as it was very relaxing by the creek and we were having great conversation with the staff. Aweeseme rainfall feature on the metal roof is well worth the visit. Great guitar player entertained us also and allowed my son, an aspiring guitarist to hang out on stage with him. I assure you I will make a special trip to Gatlinburg just to go back to this restaurant

    ❤️

Already a favorite but doubly now! The girls were fussed over, given love and a big bowl of ice water! BTW, the feta stuffed chicken is worth the 25 minute wait (cook time). 😍 Simply scrumptious!!! Our waiter was FABULOUS!!! Can't wait until our next trip! 💜💛🖤

Great place to bring your pup

They have a nice covered and heated patio for dogs! We had the place to ourselves! Food was good. Fried mushrooms were delicious and a good portion. Garlic knots are soft and so yummy. The real winner is the chicken parm! The reason I gave it a four starts is because my meal wasn't the best. I wouldn't recommend the pork steak or the sweet potato fries. Also the owner was a little rude but the rest of the service was great!

    Very Nice Place

I discovered this place when my daughter got married in October 2014. We had her wedding dinner here and all the guests were very pleased. Food was good, service could not be criticized. But best of all I found out it was dag friendly, with the enclosed sports porch. I brought my two greyhounds in August 2016. They were fussed over, given water, and permitted off leash since we were the only ones in the area at the time. I am looking forward to returning in May 2017.

    Our new favorite!

BringFido pointed us to this local gem on 9/16. We were met with exceptional service, great company, and all topped off with amazing food! Such a great staff - and our golden retriever was greeted with the same regard as any two-legged patron. Thank you Crystelle Creek Grill! I hope other restaurants follow your lead.

    Very nice

My family and I had a great time at this restaurant. There is a nice patio set up with heaters during winter time. The staff is very friendy and the trout is simply Amazing! Place is a little pricey but is worth it. Perfect place to go with your doggy after a nice walk in the smokies.

    great for dogs and people

We visited this restaurant 9/15 and took our 50 lb. lab. There was no problem seating us in their sports bar area that was a covered patio with fans and screened in. They brought our dog fresh water and some of the servers came to see her. There is a babbling brook that runs outside and the setting was very peaceful. We had the trout which was delicious. This was a delightful experience.

    disappointed

We had heard such good reviews from this place but we were extremely disappointed. We showed up at 9pm and told the gentleman that we had dogs and would like to keep to sit on the patio. He said " I'm sorry, that would usually be possible but there is an hour wait tonight". And just stared at me blankly. Did not offer to put us on a list. Nothing. Alrighty then. Not coming back.

    MUST GO

We we're here June 2015 with our cocker spaniel. We had our meal on a cover porch with fans and could hear the stream. The staff was very accommodating to our dogs needs and ours. I got a single rose ,live music. And the food was great. Our waiter Ben was the best. We will definitely be back.

    Wonderful evening on the porch

We couldn't have been more comfortable with our pup on the patio. The hostess brought out ice water for our Abigail, and then even let her roam off leash ( since we were the only ones on patio ).... The hostess even played with her with doggie toy, and offered to bring her a bone. Abagail got the same royal treatment we did ! And the food was superb ! Will definitely be back

porch closed in and heated in the winter

The staff is very puppy friendly and accommodating. They bring fresh water in bowls when you come in. Well known by pet owners because patrons would come to the porch to see what kind of dogs were there.

Food is some of the best in town - especially the trout and chocolate cake. We've eaten here several times without a poor menu choice.

If you eat there within seven days of your last visit, they'll take 15% off of the bill if you have your previous meals bill.

    Very nice time

We searched this place out thanks to "Brinffido"thanks for such a nice recommendation. Although we were the only couple plus dog in the dog friendly sports bar, we had a very attentive hostess (did not catch her name) and server, Ben. Food was truly de,Ishiguro! Our little dog was happy of course to be with us and content

    Great Indoor Dining Area

We recently had dinner at Crystelle Creek with our Greyhound and our daughter's Great Dame. The food and service were outstanding. The ambiance is also excellent. They have recently enclosed the patio area and it is now an indoor dog friendly dining room. If you are in Gatlinburg, we highly recommend it with or without your dog.
