      neighborhood spot

      prezidentka is located on my street and is the place we head to after work, or on a night we don't feel like planning to go out anywhere else. they make a decent hamburger - not american, but one of the best in the city - they speak english, and the staff is awesome. i am the owner of a 5month old puppy who is welcome, they will give you water for your pup if you ask - but sometimes the place is a bit too crowded and loud for me to be comfortable bringing him there, the only reason i give a 4 not a 5. for the day, perfect spot
