    Not Fido Friendly

Great place, love the beer. First visit with pup we were eyeballed the whole time second we were asked what her service specialty was. Wasn’t specifically asked to leave but was made to feel very uncomfortable!
We live in the area and visit breweries a lot but are new percents and our pup is welcome most everywhere!

    Good Location

Place looked fairly busy for a Wednesday evening, but we still had great service. Water bowls available for dogs. Food and beer were both good.

    Pizza, beer and Pup

Our server was very attentive and even learned our dogs name within the first 2 minutes. We got a bowl of cold fresh water and enjoyed our pizza and beer. All in all, a good experience for all!

Hard to write review when you're not served

We sat outside at a dirty picnic table and waited 10 minutes for a server. Why? Our sever was sitting at a table and someone was doing her hair with flowers. We figured out that she was a server because She got up as we we were walking out. We planned on filling a few growlers too. Not the place we visited the last time.

    Not worth our drive

We left the Blue Ridge Pkwy just to eat here thinking (after seeing the great menu) it would be worth it. Not so much. Ordering inside wasn't a big deal since there were 2 of us. They did have dishes of warm water for pets. Our order was slow to come out (it was lunch & not busy). One order was all wrong & lukewarm to boot. They offered to remake it correctly but we had spent lots of time already waiting for our meal. The other meal was also lukewarm fries but chicken fingers were good. All in all it took too much of our travel time for a so so meal.

    Not Impressed

When we got there I learned you have to order inside at the bar. This was a problem as I had nobody to watch my dog. I let a nice woman hold him while I ran in to order. The patio was very dirty as stated by others on here. Cigarette butts all over pans half empty glasses of beer on tables. The food was nothing great. The only good thing there was the staff. They were all very nice. Would not recommend.

great beer and pizza, what more could you want?

I've been enjoying APB since it was the Two Moons Brew & View in the 90's. They have awesome food (Biloxi Blues Chicken Sandwich, Artsy Spin Dip, Salads, Pizzas and more.) Their beers are on par with Asheville's other breweries, I.e, fantastic, especially the Perfect Day IPA. I am glad if tourists don't go there - more room for locals like me. The movies are a great deal as well!

    Dirty...

To add to what the previous reviewer wrote... the dog friendly patio was VERRRY dirty. There was at least, what felt like, a couple of inches of dog hair and cigarette ash on the patio which might be fine if you weren't trying to enjoy the terrible pizza there. Also, there were pigeons pooping all over the place!!! YUCK! I love my dog, and myself, enough to never go back to this place...

    Asheville Pizza and Brewing Company

The food was good but the beer is even better. Nice relaxing place to hang out. The food servers are extremely friendly and really made our visit a wonderful experience. Dogs are allowed on the outdoor patio area but it is rather dirty and its also an area where people smoke. I ended up just letting my dog hang in the car.
