  Good Food and Dog friendly

  Our server’s name was Logan and she was wonderful! Super welcoming to Kokoa and the food came out quickly. I got a plain burger for Kokoa to eat. They only charged $4 for her burger. They did ask that she not eat it there, but I was okay with that as, it could create a potential problem with another dog. She enjoyed it later! Over all a good experience.

  Nice outdoor seating area for dogs

  I've brought my pup here twice. It's nice because it's right downtown and has a large seating area out front with a wall around it so I felt like my dog was protected from human and canine passers-by. The server brought a bowl of water for the pup without my having to ask and the staff seemed genuinely dog friendly. There was a dog at another table but we were seated far enough from them that it didn't cause a distraction. We were able to take our time and have a nice relaxing meal (the pizza takes a little while but it's worth it). They have a decent menu, typical pizza place with something for everyone including salads. there isn't much on the menu I would feed my dog so definitely bring dog treats.

  Great Spot!

  As always good and beer was excellent! Cali enjoyed a bowl of water under the shady table! Along with lots of pets from the staff!

  Not Our Favorite

  We stopped here for sangria and realized we forgot Buddy’s lunch. They charged us $14 for a simple patty and bun, then told us we couldn’t give it to him on the patio. Would have been nice to tell us that before it came out. They hustled us off the patio and we fed it to him on the sidewalk. Disappointing.

  We love the Asheville location! The staff was friendly and the patio was beautiful. The only downside was that there was another dog snarling at mine the whole dinner

  Nice Patio & Great Food!

  The servers were friendly and accommodating to my 2 labs. I got the calzone with pepperoni—it was fantastic! My dogs had plenty of room to relax on the patio. Great place!!

  This is the original mellow mushroom and the pizza is yummy!!The patio is great for dogs and they have water bowls.

  Great Pup friendly place

  We were in Asheville for the National Maltese Show in April. Just riding around town to find a pup friendly patio...Magic Mushroom was great! Delicious pizza, very friendly staff, and outdoor seating on a nice evening. Family and pup friendly! Buddy charmed a very nice couple at the next table who missed their dogs...highly recommend a visit!

  good atmosphere

  The food was really good and they were very good with my 2 girls a chow and a chow/shepherd mix. They did not supply any water which was fine because we had our own but I still would've liked for them to offer. Other than that a wonderful experience.

  Great pizza

  Enjoyed the fall sunshine on the patio, a great white pizza, and large beer selection. Waiter brought pup a big water bowl, and was very attentive and welcoming. They were quick to relocate a later arrival with a dog who was a bit aggressive toward my pup, so I appreciated it.

  Great outdoor patio is bricked in off the sidewalk. We brought our own water bowl but the waiter brought out a large water bucket for him instead, which was great. Food was fantastic and wait staff very people and dog friendly
