  Awful!

  My friend and I went for a late lunch/early dinner with our two pups. They sat us right away. Guests gave our pups attention, but we waited for 20 minutes for our server to come to our table. We finally decided to get up and walk over to Tidewater Grille. We were not the only people to do this. There was a couple behind us who ordered drinks, paid, and left to also go to Tidewater Grille. Service here was awful and would not recommend!

  Could not have been more friendly.

  Made a reservation for Thanksgiving, everyone was super accommodating. We had a good meal and our pet Luna, who is 50 pounds was well taken care for. Whole staff was awesome every bit of the meal. Just let them know before you go.

  Hospitality and service a 10

  We ate here because we heard they were dog-friendly, and had the seafood we wanted. The hostess was so accommodating. We arrived before a sold-out Friday event, but she found us an available table on their enclosed balcony. Highly recommend!

  So Welcoming!

  We just left and I have no complaints. The staff was so accommodating. We called an hour early and they turned the heater on for us so we were comfortable eating in their enclosed balcony. They brought water for our puppy and gave her a sweet hello. Highly recommend!

  Not Pet Friendly Today

  We went because of great reviews.
  Area where they allow pets is carpeted....very hot.
  Fans to cool area were not on. Waitress not welcoming to our pet, we had to ask for water and it took forever until we said please put our order to go...then water came.

  Sweetest staff

  We misread their website and they still sat us before they opened. They were so nice to us and before we had a chance to ask for water for our collapsable bowl they brought a bowl! Food and water views were great

  Couldn't have asked,for better

  In town for somber reasons. Needed an evening out and pampering. What a GREAT CHOICE! Traveling with our Cavelier KingCharles Spaniel. We called ahead and had a well situated table on the deck. Wanted to try a new adult beverage and was given a "sample" before ordering full size.(It was great! Bloody Queen Mary using Scotch in place of vodka.) Our dog, Lucy, immediately welcomed and given water dish. All food cooked perfectly including mussels and signature Rockfish. Relaxed and welcoming. Finished with "on the Dark Side" chocolate dessert. Hubbie raved about delicious coffee. Last, not least, our waiter, Thomas, served with style, humor, and discretion. Our thanks for a lovely evening.

  Excellent food, very dog friendly. Put us right in the middle of the deck. Also has a dog friendly outside bar!

  even our 90lb pit/Mastiff mix was welcome!

  Excellent food and very friendly staff. Now, our dog is used to outdoor cafés and is very well mannered. Still, we thought they would put us in a corner but no, regular table on the deck.
