  Amazing place

  gosh where do I even begin?! As I stayed outside with our pup, my fiancé went inside to request patio seats. The hostess was absolutely friendly and just lost her mind over our sweet pup. She gushed with excitement. Quickly word spread that there was a dog on the patio and many many staff members came out to greet us and our little fluff ball. The waiter, Andy, was extremely friendly and fast, thorough service! The food and of course the adult beverages were fantastic! Would highly recommend this place!

  Wonderful patio

  We stopped here while traveling through with our dogs. They have a wonderful covered patio and brought the dogs a water bowl. food was good as well.

  No problems!

  Ate at the Battlefield location last night. Smiled in greeting when I brought in our dog! Outside deck was shaded and they offered a bowl of water for my dog without me asking. Will definitely go back!

  Great for Dogs too!

  Last night my girlfriend and I and our pitty pup "Iggy" had a nice meal at Big Whiskeys in downtown Springfield (Park East location) on their patio. The server was awesome and he even brought Iggy water and a breadstick. We will definitely be back more often. The food was great as well and at a decent price.

  Very Satisfied With Our Experience

  The reviews were old so My expectations were wary and I was pleasantly surprised when I went In to be seat told them we had two dogs and if it was ok if we sat on the patio. Much to my surprise the restaurant had heated covered porch. Waiter Very welcoming and help with recommendation for drinks and appetizers, however he didn’t offer a dog bowl water and didn’t have a pet menu, but this will not stop me from coming back. I’m responsible pet mom so I bring them with anyway. I Absolutely loved the service we received. Loved the food and drinks. Very please with our experience. We will be back.

  Worth the side trip!!

  Driving cross country with the dogs and stopped here for lunch. A big, shaded patio and very dog friendly!!

  Our Favorite Spot in Springfield!

  It can be difficult finding places in Springfield that are dog friendly and Big Whiskey's is our favorite. The food is delicious and the patio is large! Our waiters have always been excited when we bring our huskies and offer to bring out a bowl of water. The patio has shaded and unshaded areas :)

  Tasty and quite accomodating

  There were a lot of tables on the patio so that we had lots of room for our pup. The food was quite tasty and the server very helpful to both us and our dog
