  Pleasant patio day seaside

  we had the best day sipping our craft beers and taste testing our favorite halibut treat on the patio overlooking the Columbia River. it’s great that Astoria Brewery has a special spot for pups to join their humans for repast. There is even a choice in the menu for a dog patty treat. My Marionberry lemonade was delicious and paired well with the halibut tacos. thanks for a delightful afternoon.

  Very Dog Friendly

  They have a great oceanside deck to sit on with your pups while you eat. You can walk through the restaurant to get there, ir up the outside ramp. It was chilly in early April when we were traveling through with our two Westies so we tried to make it before the sun went down. The fish n chips, chowder and onion rings were awesome and the view was just what we wanted to experience in Astoria.

  No dogs

  No dogs allowed inside, but I suppose outside during the 30 days of the year they have good weather here. Take a hard pass.

  UN Happy Hour!!!

  Dog friendly, yes. However the people are limited in their menu options if you bring your dog here. Regular menu only, happy hour is not available. Staff is not very friendly, they seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping us.

  As with the name change, there are rule changes as well.

  Not as dog friendly as we were lead to believe. Apparently, dogs are welcome, but only in summer and on the patio. We took our pooch someplace else.

  Same food and staff...different name

  Wet Dog has always been a favorite of ours (though I wish they'd bring the beer ice cream back!!!! :( ). The mac is great and so are the sausages and chicken strips. Their Poopdeck Porter is my favorite beverage here (hands down) but if beer isn't your thing (or for the kids) their lemonade is pretty amazing!

  Bringing a dog? There are quite a few tables on the patio that have a great view and they also have a plain burger patty on the menu, just for your doggo! Love it.

  They changed their name in March but the chowder was excellent and the view was spectacular!

  Good Views, Good Food, and Good, Pet-Friendly Vibe

  After a long day of exploring Astoria, walking around town with our two terriers we were ready to relax, enjoy the view and have a good meal. Wet Dog Cafe & Brewery was perfect.
  The dog-friendly patio is popular, so it took about 20 minutes for a table to open up on a busy Labor Day weekend. But once we got seated we were glad we chose Wet Dog.
  The view was great, and we were right along the trolley line, which made it even more fun.
  The wait staff brought water for the dogs and were clearly dog lovers.
  Our seafood dinners and craft beers were excellent. It was the perfect way to end the day.

  Just Meh.

  Food was alright. Had to wait a while to be seated and then another long time to be served. Mostly bar seating with only a few small tables that are really only comfortable for two.

  I love dogs and beer!

  Had a great beer and burger with my pooch on the patio. They brought my dog his own water and had burger patties on the menu.
