  Terrible & unprofessional staff

  We ate here on our roadtrip with our Australian Shepherd. They put us on the balcony which is great. However, the Host didn’t let my Husband & doggie in even after I pointed at him. I had to walk over and unlock the chain to let him in. Host was young & unexperienced with customer service with his verbal skills. The female server was rude & rolled her eyes when she saw my dog. (He was laying partially under the table.) The glass for the balcony rail was full of greasy smears. It was very gross and I asked her if there was something we could have so I could wipe it off. (I was with my Husband & 2 kids and I didn’t want my kids touching the balcony walls). She rolled her eyes at me. I thanked her several times. She was severely aggravated. My Husband also mentioned she was extremely rude.
  I couldn’t wait to leave. The food was fine. She was rude the entire time. I waited tables in College and I never treated a customer like this. We usually leave 25% but left her 15% reluctantly.

  Great place

  We take our 5 lbs Chihuahua every where. We were greeted without a blink to us having our baby. The waitress noticed her and brought her water when she brought our drinks. The food was amazing we ordered a slice of pizza. It was a very big slice. We also ordered a bacon Swiss turkey ham sandwich. I was only able to eat half of it. If you are in Jackson. This is definitely a must eat.

  Fantastic place!

  This place never disappoints. There are 2 or 3 dog friendly tables on their deck. Lots of good choices on the menu and excellent service. They even brought out clean water for our pup. we will definitely come again!

  Good stop for lunch in July

  Perfect upstairs outdoor table and water bowl for Roxie. Nice cocktails and pretty good food. Really good bison chili.

  All around winner!

  We went to Sidewinders for lunch after a hike. The drinks were fantastic, and the patio seating was clean and our dog was able to relax. They had a broad menu and gluten free options as well. Our waiter brought a bowl of ice water out for our dog while we enjoyed our drinks. Amazing place and we’ll definitely be returning whether we have our dog or not!

  Great service!

  We were able to bring our boxer to East dinner and have a couple drinks with us. the good was good and service even better!

  Terrible service

  We told the hostess twice we had a dog and needed patio seating. We were told 20-30 min wait and they would text us. We get the notification and they don't have a patio table for our dog. We asked to speak to the manager. He was rude and unaccommodating. He didn't even try to make it right. Worst service in Jackson!!

  great deck

  They have a nice deck and the service was fantastic. My only complaint was that we also had kids in tow and I felt the kids menu was a bit overpriced for what we got. They also offer a military discount and I always like to support businesses that are veteran run and support our troops. Definitely a good option if you’re traveling with a pup.

  good food, accommodating for dogs

  We found Sidewinder on Bring Fido and stopped in for lunch. At first we were told that the patio was closed due to possible rain but they went out of their way to get a server for us and let us use the patio. The food and beer were tasty and the service prompt and friendly. If we visit Jackson Hole again we will surely return.

  Pup loved!

  This place was great! After a long day of hiking my husband and our pup enjoyed eating here. A variety of foods (did not see vegan options on the menu, but maybe they could accommodate) and a nice porch overlooking the main drive into town. The waitress eagerly greeted us and offered us a bowl of water for our thirsty pooch. I would recommending parking in the upper area of your dog has difficulty climbing stairs.
