  Spacious cover Patio!

  Spacious covered patio with large menu and delicious food with much variety. Plenty of parking. Front patio is Inclosed from the weather. It was 90 degrees out and raining but we were very comfortable. The front door leads to the patio, so access for Fido could not be made easier.

  FRIENDLY AND DELICIOUS

  Pujo Street Cafe didn’t disappoint last night! We had dinner on their covered patio with our dog. Martini in tow.
  Our server, Lydia did an excellent job— she is friendly, helpful and on top of her game.
  The food was A+— the Shrimp Bisque (YUM) the French onion, a PoBoy and Veggie sandwich with sweet potato fries (the chef even made us a special horseradish sauce) everything delish. Oh, and don’t forget the Lemon Drop martini! We will definitely stop by Pujo Street Cafe for dinner again next time thru Lake Charles

  Great Food And Dog Friendly

  We stopped in for dinner and had our yorkie with us. They welcomed us and our pet warmly and seated us on their covered patio. The food was great too! We’ll be back!

  Great Food And Very Friendly To Pups!

  They have a great Cajun menu and the wait staff was happy and excited to serve us. It was nice to be able to eat out with our dog while we traveled 🙂

  Great Stop

  We were traveling thru Lake Charles at noon on a Saturday. Found Pujo’s St on Bring Fido and gave it a shot. Very glad we did. The patio is enclosed, and even in mid-August, it was comfortable on the patio (they had big fans on). Patio is pretty spacious. Just go in & tell the host you want to sit out there with your pup-pup, and someone will be along to take care of you.

  Don’t park in the lot across Pujo St; park on the other side of the cafe in the lot on Ryan St.

  We ordered from the sandwich menu with fries/sweet potato fries. Everything was very tasty indeed. Service was attentive, filling beverages in a timely manner.

  Highly recommended.

  Bad place for humans good for dogs

  When in Lake Charles on 10/16, we went to Pujo's base son the reviews here and how dog friendly they were. Yes they were very dog friendly and the patio is great especially in October its was a bit windy and cool so the indoor patio helped. The service was the worst and the food was not that great. it took a group of 4 of us almost 3 hours to get thru it all . At one point we almost decided to pay for our drinks and leave. We did see other groups leave without ever getting waited on. We even had to go in and get our own utensils. Avoid this place if you want to eat. The drinks were good but the beer was flat and not that cold.

  Good news/Bad News

  The patio, where dogs are allowed, is not only covered but it is enclosed except for two large doors. So, not only can you dine here with your pup when it is raining, but you are protected from the wind. Food is good, but I did not think it was great. Service was excellent.

  The bad news is that they also allow smoking on the patio. When we arrived someone was smoking nearby and the smell was very bad. Fortunately, they left shortly after we arrived.

  amazing food and very pet friendly!

  The food was amazing! The patio was very clean and pet friendly the host sat us and brought our boy water before the waiter even had a chance to get our drink order (which is awesome!) highly recommend the bread pudding for the humans of course!
