    Great Spot

The service was not great, we had to call a waitress before anyone came to help us. The food was great though and everyone loved our dog. There are 3 dog friendly booths outside.

    Wish I Could Tell You...

In town on business and this place looked good. So we were seated by hostess who promptly went back to her phone. We were told a waiter would be right out. So we scanned the menu, selected a bottle of wine and waited...and waited...and waited. After ten minutes with zero (null) service my wife turned and looked at the hostess. Thirty seconds later she looked up from her phone. We asked for service and she darted inside. Waiters came out but never looked at us. We never saw the hostess again. So we left and went next door to Rum House where we spent $125 (tip $25) on excellent service and fantastic food and wine. Thanks Rum House. You saved our evening! I’d give zero bones to Red Dog but it’s not allowed.

In a city full of great restaurants, we ate here twice!

We ate our first dinner and our last breakfast in New Orleans. Food was amazing. There are 3 dog friendly booths outside. The ground was very wet and the servers were fine with our 65lb dog sitting up on the bench with me (I kicked him off when he sat up and took a drink out of my water glass!) Everyone who works there loves dogs.

Note to self: look into some sort of travel dog mat for chilly wet sidewalks!

    Great Atmosphere, Drinks and Food

Outdoor booths allow for good shade and plenty of room for dogs.
