Good appetizers
After hiking DuPont park with the dog (a must do to see the waterfalls) we went to Dugan's for a late lunch. I was dubious when my husband ordered the corned beef and cabbage egg rolls but they were surprisingly good. The chili burger was huge. The patio space was not that inviting. I wish it had a barrier between the road/alley way. I'm used to dog friendly restaurants having more personality.
