We were taking a day trip to Monterey and stumbled onto Cooper's. This a a great dog friendly place. The wait staff was fabulous, the heated covered patio was nice, roomy and protected. We had burgers, and fish and chips. Great value for our $. If you're in Monterey and have your four-legged friend with you, you need to visit!
