If you've got a hankering for some grass-fed, Hawaiian beef, VJ's Butcher Block and Grill has it. The food truck is parked right outside of VJ's Butcher Shop where all of their meat is prepared. The food truck lot hosts ample outdoor seating that is dog-friendly. VJ's meats are all non-GMO and each dish is made from scratch. You'll have your pick of various hot dogs, sandwiches, fish tacos, and burgers. VJ's also host daily specials such as brisket or Kalua pig - a local favorite.
