Prima's menu options are pretty simple. You can choose Pizza or Not Pizza. This quirky, modern restaurant serves wood fired, brick oven pizza with a seasonal menu that features local produce. There are several dog-friendly tables in front of the restaurant. Prima has a brunch, lunch, and dinner menu as well as a fair selection of wines and beer. They host a happy hour each evening at various times where you can get $5 wine and cocktails, $3 beers, and $4 off all pizzas. The Not Pizza options include salads, sandwiches, and pasta options that are made with locally grown ingredients. Their pizzas include the brunch favorite Bacon and Eggs, the Kona street which features truffle oil and a soft poached egg, or the classic Margherita.
