Dogs are welcome in the front outdoor lounge and seating area. Carmel Kitchen & Wine Bar is open from 11:30am to 10pm Monday through Thursday, 11:30am to 11pm Saturday, and 10am to 9pm on Sunday.       Will not return

      we both ordered filet medallions. Tasteless, tough meat. Mashed potatoes were awful. Steamed veggies drowned in vinaigrette…would have been better plain. They have a pup menu. We ordered Chicken with Rice from it for our dog. They were out of rice. We had finished eating by the time they brought his chicken. The manager apologized. The food simply was not good. Service was fine except for delay in pup’s dinner…someone clearly forgot to enter the order or forgot to cook it. Save your time and money. The 1 bone rating reflects the nice shaded outdoor seating, best thing about this experience.
