Try the Ceviche Classico or fish lightly marinated in lime juice and aji (Peruvian hot peppers) and served with red onions, yams, and Peruvian corn. Or maybe the Ceviche de Mariscos made with shrimp, scallops, calamari, and octopus marinated in lime juice. Merkado 31 is open Monday - Saturday from noon until 11pm, Sunday from noon until 10pm.
