Brady's has a specially built smoke room behind the restaurant where Brady himself carefully smokes the meats for up to twenty hours at a time using a secret recipe. If you're curious, ask for a tour of the smoking room! On Wednesday nights, stop by for the live blues jam, or ask Brady if you can buy a cigar from his secret stash. They serve options like pulled pork or chicken, brisket, sausage, and ribs, along with a side of a classic comfort food.
