Pour Wine Bistro serves up refreshing wines, cocktails, and beers, along with delicious food items. Bring Fido to have a seat at one of their five pet-friendly outdoor tables and enjoy a Pourhibition Old Fashioned (Old Forester 1920 prohibition bourbon, muddled sugar, angostura bitters, orange slice, cherry) and a light appetizer of Caprese Skewers - mozzarella and cherry tomatoes with an aged balsamic drizzle and fresh basil. Next, chow down on the Filet Mignon - a seared certified Angus beef filet with roasted seasonal mushrooms, garlic chive compound butter, and served with cheddar smashed potatoes. For something a bit lighter, try the Prosciutto and Fig flatbread, topped with a black fig spread, thinly sliced prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, and goat cheese, then finished with baby arugula and truffle oil.
