Olde Blind Dog Irish Pub is open Monday through Saturday from 11:00am to 2:00am, and Sunday from 11:00am to 12:00am. This pub offers an extensive menu full of Irish inspired dishes to make your mouth water. Bring your faithful pup along for the trip and grab a seat at one of their five pet-friendly outdoor tables. Start with an appetizer of reuben egg rolls made with slow cooked corned beef, sauerkraut, Dubliner cheddar, wrapped in an egg roll, fried to perfection and served with Thousand Island dressing. Then it's on to the ale-braised short rib sandwich - short rib braised in Irish ale and served open-faced on grilled jalapeno cornbread, with a generous helping of fresh coleslaw and topped with fried onion strings. Don't even think of leaving before trying the Sticky Toffee Pudding made with sticky cake with raisins and spices and topped with homemade toffee sauce.
