Biscuit Head serves Southern-style biscuits to hungry diners who wait in a line that stretches outside of the building. So expect to wait in a line that moves quickly to order your biscuit (you'll need to leave Fido outside while you order.) You can order biscuits that are served with your choice of gravy (espresso red eye? gravy, fried chicken gravy, pork sausage? gravy, house-made veggie ?chorizo? gravy, sweet potato coconut gravy, or mushroom medley gravy.) There are several gourmet biscuit combinations available, too; or you can order yours plain and choose a jelly or honey from Biscuit Head's jam bar.
