The Pickled Cucumber serves classic and contemporary Southern cuisine in a cozy hole in the wall diner setting that welcomes dogs at outside tables. Patrons can feast on salads, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and traditional meat-and-two dinners featuring fried chicken, country fried steak, catfish, and pulled pork with savory sides like mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, collard greens, rice and gravy, fried okra, and black eyes peas. Wash down the meal with a tall glass of sweet iced tea or pink lemonade. Outdoor tables are limited, so call ahead to ensure seating with Fido. Pickled Cucumber is open from 10:30am to 3pm seven days a week.
