Named after a late local colorful character, Lil's Cafe has a couple of pet-friendly tables where you can sit with your dog. Breads, pastries and soups are all made in house and from scratch. Li's offers a handful of breakfast and lunch sandwiches, including the Veggie Egg Wrap and the Avocado and Tomato Melt. For pastries, previous guests recommend the Almond Croissants and the Monkey Bread. You can also get yourself a cup of locally roasted Tandem coffee, or a variety of espresso drinks and teas. Stop in next door and you can check out Lil's Vinyl Vault, a store for record collectors. Open Monday through Friday 6:30am to 5:00pm, Saturday 7:00am to 5:00pm, and Sunday 7:00am to 4:00pm.
