This cozy little spot in downtown Portland has a couple pet-friendly outdoor tables for guests and their dogs. Thai Peacock specializes in Thai comfort foods, with many traditional favorites but also some unique takes like the Chicken Teriyaki Meatballs and Pad Thai with Crispy Trout. Previous diners recommend Thai Peackock's curries, of which there are nine including Matsaman and Kaeng Mamuang, a mango curry. If you stop in on a weekday between 11am and 3pm, the restaurant has fifteen different lunch specials. For something sweet, there's the Banana Spring Rolls with Coconut Ice Cream. Open Sunday through Thursday 11:00am to 9:30pm, Friday and Saturday 11:00am to 10:00pm.
